Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, we will gladly reship and replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at info@chicallie.com to initiate the replacement process.
Returns for Unopened Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receiving the product, provided it is unopened and unused. Please note the following:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- All returns must be shipped to our U.S. address.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
No Refunds on Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you return a product, the refund will apply only to the product's cost, excluding any shipping charges.
